Intervenants

Juliane Nitsche, Partner Wellbeing & Performance - MLC Advisory

I graduated from the University of Passau with a B. Sc. Degree in Business Administration and Economics, having specialized in Intercultural Management. As part of the Erasmus program, I moved to Paris where I got the opportunity to co-found MLC Advisory and combine my economic comprehension of a company’s bottom line obligations with my expertise in the field of Well-being at Work. I have always held a strong belief that high performance in the workplace cannot be reached without feeling well.

I trained in Performance Nutrition (Pn1 Canada) and gained further qualifications in Well-Being at Work in France (CNAM) and am also a registered Ashtanga Yoga Teacher (RYT200).

Passionate about developing better work conditions in order the to maximize employee engagement and the companies’ competitive advantage I trained in Mindfulness for Peak Performance, Positive Psychology & Resilience (PENN).

Ever since moving to Luxembourg in 2017, I developed a Lunch & Learn program based on neuro-science that was adopted by many companies and that gave me the opportunity to do what I like best: being in front of people and sharing the amazing benefits and strategies that everyone can implement to reduce stress, increase attention and concentration, and achieve high performance.

Since I am fluent in Deutsch, English and French, my clients come from all backgrounds and industries and various nationalities.

I am very honored that my 8-week Resilience Skills program was recently selected by the US headquarter of a global FinTec as part of their corporate training program.

Michel Moutier, Partner Leadership & Mindfulness at Work - MLC Advisory

After graduating from NEOMA Business School, I started my career in the FMCG industry for a real hands-on experience before moving on to business consulting. I worked for 10 years for PA Consulting Group, first in Business Transformation, then Strategy and Marketing.

Beginning of the 2000’s I decided to move into the blossoming digital world and became VP of Strategy for an American web agency, where I managed the firm’s consulting services and where I highly appreciated the work atmosphere and team collaboration.

But the more I worked on transformation and strategy assignments, the more I got frustrated because I recognized that even the greatest plans will ultimately fail when companies forget to integrate and motivate their people to adhere.

Subsequently, I founded my own consulting firm in 2012 in Paris, where my services have been focused on the development of people and organizations. I provide consulting, training and coaching services to enable everyone increase its self awareness, be better at managing stress with such approaches as Mindfulness at Work, Emotional Intelligence or Resilience.

I trained in Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction, in Mindfulness at Work with a spin off of the Oxford University, and in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. These approaches have fostered my conviction that true and lasting transformation is only possible through self-awareness and that emotional and social intelligence is a must-have skill for everyone today.

In Luxembourg since 2017, I have had the chance to work with many different companies ranging from SME to multi-national groups, from private to public across a huge variety of sectors.

Last but not least, I am fluent in French, English and German.
