Charlotte Henry appointed Head of Digital Transformation for the French Financial Markets Authority (AMF)
Improved support of players, development of internal operating methods: the AMF has put digital transformation at the heart of its new strategic plan #Supervision2022. Charlotte Henry is entrusted with the mission of carrying out this transformation.
Charlotte Henry (36) joined the AMF on May 30th as Head of Digital Transformation, reporting to François Ardonceau, the Deputy Director General in charge of Management, IT and Human Resources.
Charlotte started her career in 2008 with the group Arval-BNPP within the Corporate IT Department, then Strategy and Trade Organization where she worked on supporting change, assisting the Contracting Authority and project management missions. In 2012, she joined BNP Paribas’ General Inspectorate as an internal auditor of the BNP Paribas Real Estate branch.
In 2013, Charlotte became Head of Strategy and Organization, reporting to the Director General of the YOUNITED CREDIT company where she contributes to the design, the steering and the implementing of continuous improvement projects, in terms of standardization procedures, digitalization and training for instance.
Charlotte Henry graduated from NEOMA BS, specialized in marketing and international trade.
