In order to anticipate the future challenges of the training sector, NEOMA Business School challenges and reinvents itself to build the School of Tomorrow, one that will be able to turn the challenges facing the sector and our School into opportunities.
IMAGINEOMA: a collaborative and engaging methodology
To imagine the School of Tomorrow, NEOMA Business School built a collaborative approach mobilizing current innovation methodologies around design thinking approaches. The entire community - students, professors, collaborators and graduates - from Reims, Rouen and Paris was integrated into this approach. The aim: to redefine the singularities and beliefs of the School, the ones that guide it in its projects and will stimulate its development in the coming years. In 2018, a total of 500+ members took part in IMAGINEOMA, an innovative approach based on co-creation hackathons, an online consultation and the sharing of inspiring stories. The objective: to identify what constitutes the strengths and specific identity of the School today, but also to imagine the projects that will build the identity of NEOMA Business School tomorrow.
A video to show the spirit of the School
A retrospective video presents this project and reflects the warm atmosphere of the hackathons, the energy and creativity of the participants, including several graduates (you may recognize!)
4 beliefs like 4 cardinal points
As a result of this process, the School identified 4 beliefs, directly resulting from the proposals made through the online questionnaires and hackathons. In line with the School's values, on a daily basis NEOMA Business School is driven by 4 beliefs:
- The synergy of bonds,
- The courage of uncertainty,
- Making things possible
- The strength of the human being.
It is the combination of these 4 beliefs that makes NEOMA Business School unique.
IMAGINEOMA’s key numbers:
- 400 people who took part in the online consultation,
- 150 students, professors, collaborators and alumni participated in one of the 5 hackathons,
- 5 themes: jobs, skills, educational methods, campuses, student experience of tomorrow.
