In this virtual session, Julia Reis will provide an introduction to the agile goal-setting framework "OKR" (Objectives-and-Key-Results), which has grown in popularity among start-ups and more mature companies over the last years. In a brief presentation, she will introduce the background, benefits, key elements and implementation steps of the OKR method as well as giving some insights on what can go wrong. After this impulse, there will be time for a Q&A and wider discussion.

Julia Reis is a freelance organizational consultant based in Berlin (but working across Europe) with particular expertise in People, Projects, and Productivity. She supports her clients together with her two team members as a flexible sparring partner, consultant or interim manager on all questions concerning corporate growth, leadership, and people strategy. Julia is a certified Reiss Motivation Profile® and OKR Master.
Before becoming a freelance consultant in April 2019, Julia was in charge of the business division of HR Consulting at i-potentials. In previous positions she worked as Senior Consultant for the leading international strategy consultancy Oliver Wyman, focusing on organisational design and Project Management.
