Thierry Bart has been appointed General Manager of Eataly Marais' operations at Galeries Lafayette, in this position since September 2018. He is in charge of managing and developing the future Parisian flagship store which is scheduled to open next spring in the heart of the Marais. The Galeries Lafayette group has taken over the exclusive franchise for France.


Thierry Bart, Senior Executive Program Strategy and Finance, INSEAD (2017), Executive MBA - NEOMA (2014), Elior Executive Program HEC (2012), Master Finance and Strategy - IFG (1998), has had the following career to date:

2015-2018: Areas, General Manager City and Leisure France and Northern Europe.

2010-2015: Elior Group, Market Director, Leisure Concessions France and Germany.

2010-2010: Elior Group, Director of Concessions Operations Germany.

2005-2009: Elior Group, Market Director for Motorway Concessions.

1988-1998: AccorHotels, site and operations manager.
