Florence Rachet (CEFA MBA 1991)Supporting professional development projects through listening, benevolence, and with a lot of positive energy! Florence works on the Essentials service | Sylvain Pastor (MGE 1979)In 2002, as a CFO of an international division of the Philips group, after returning from expatriation, I experienced a complicated job search. Having finally learned the importance of the network I became involved in the ‘Association des Anciens de Rouen’ (Rouen’s Alumni Association) by leading its “Job Search Group” for three years. Mutual assistance, especially between generations, has proved effective in supporting alumni during periods of transition and rebound. This group was the beginning of what has become the CarrieR® Centre, now far more comprehensive and ambitious than before, achieving all the objectives we dreamed of ten years ago. As a member of the Board of Directors since then, I have experienced the merger of the RBS+RMS schools and associations, with a particular interest in projects at the beginning... as well as the end of one’s professional life: - - “Business Angels” Structure interested in young alumni startups, - - SENIORS’ Club, which I have sponsored for two years to help relaunch its activities. My ambition today is to boost exchanges between clubs and tribes (Finance, Health, Ile de France...) to facilitate the financing and launching of entrepreneurial initiatives, by capitalizing on the relationship of trust within the Neoma Business School ecosystem. | Céline BRUÈRE (Sup de Co Reims 2000)Céline has over 15 years of Marketing experience, acquired within American multinationals (Levi Strauss, VF Corporation, Columbia Sportswear International) in France and in Europe. Her international career and the posts she has held enable her to have a 360° vision of the fashion marketing professions (Product, Retail, Communication, Trade, Studies, Strategy). A teacher at heart, she likes to share her expertise in this sector with students who are looking to specialize. As such, she has been running courses and workshops for several years and particularly appreciates her role as a mentor, helping to identify the profession that best meets professional aspirations and market demands. Her involvement with Neoma alumni is part of a similar approach and is aimed at young graduates but also at all those concerned by international mobility (spouse transfer, etc.). Now based in Barcelona, she has faced this situation on several occasions and has managed to make the most of it to guide her career, in particular by integrating digital transformation into her pool of skills. | ||
